We work to make the neighborhood a vibrant, active place by supporting and hosting events.
We're working to select artists & walls and coordinate volunteers to install four murals across the neighborhood in 2022. Learn more about how you can get involved.
May is Bike Month
The month of May is National Bike Month. Each year, the Alliance supports Bike Month by hosting a "Celebration Station" at Everett Station on Bike Everywhere Day. For 2022, Bike Everywhere Day is on Friday, May 20. Learn more.
Wednesday Farmers Market
Prior to the pandemic, the Everett Farmers Market hosted a second location each Wednesday throughout the summer on 32nd Street, in front of Everett Station. We look forward to the farmers market one day returning to the neighborhood.
Fisherman's Village Music Festival
In 2019, Everett's largest music festival, the Fishermen's Village Music Festival, was located at Cedar Street and 32nd Street, adjacent to the Scuttlebutt Brewing Taproom. The Alliance looks forward to continuing to support music festivals once again after the pandemic.
In 2019, the Alliance partnered with the Downtown Everett Association and City of Everett to host "PARK(ing) Day." PARK(ing) Day is an international day of converting on-street parking spaces into mini-parks and outdoor dining locations. It's a small way to open up our collective imaginations about how our publicly owned spaces can be used in news ways.
Funko Field and Angel of the Winds Arena
Within a walking distances of Everett Station are Funko Field and Angel of the Winds Arena. Funko Field is home to the Everett Aquasox, a "High-A" professional baseball team affiliated with the Seattle Mariners. The Angel of the Winds Arena is home to many music concerts and other large events, as well as the Everett Silvertips, a professional hockey team in the Western Hockey League.
