ESDA is partnering with the Washington State Department of Health’s Care-a-Van program to provide free flu, MPOX, and COVID-19 vaccinations. Located in the Mt. Baker Room, 4th Floor.

1. Walk-in on the day of, or pre-register here.

2. If you have them, bring the following:

   1. Vaccine card/record. You can get a copy at https://waverify.doh.wa.gov.

   2. Insurance card (not necessary if uninsured or under-insured).

      Note: If under the age of 19, an ID or insurance card is not required. We are unable to vaccinate patients with Kaiser or TRICARE insurance, as these services are considered out-of-network for these plans.
