District Advisory Board

The mayor and city council appoints members to a BIA Ratepayer Advisory Board that advises Stations Unidos on the BIA budget and the programs and services implemented using BIA funding. These advisory board members must be BIA ratepayers.

In addition, Stations Unidos also relies on the Ratepayer Advisory Board members plus additional community stakeholders to advise the organization on other areas of the organization’s efforts in the Everett Station District, such as setting an overall vision for the district and prioritizing programs that are funded by non-BIA resources. These supplementary advisory board members do not need to be BIA ratepayers.

The following individuals have been appointed to the BIA Ratepayer Advisory Board, with the exception of one (marked with an asterisk).
