The 4th Annual PUD Energy Block Party is a free, family-friendly community event. 

Energy Block Party is back and more exciting than ever! The event is designed to celebrate Earth Day and provide education on energy conservation while connecting with the community.

Enjoy a Truckstravaganza with community partners, special guest speakers, info booths, food trucks, giveaways, and more.

  • Truckstravaganza: An opportunity for all ages to get up close to PUD bucket trucks, digger trucks, and community partner vehicles like fire engines.

  • Fun Activities: Includes a parachute drop fundraiser for the Community Energy Fund, live, high-voltage demo trailer, and hands-on activities for kids, such as building a simple circuit.

  • Learning & Sustainability: Information booths on solar power, energy efficiency, and the future of energy (fusion/small modular reactors), plus a tree giveaway.

  • Food & Community: Featuring multiple local food trucks and live music, creating a carnival-like atmosphere to connect with neighbors and PUD staff.
